| If you order more than $50(USD), we can provide you option to pay by money order/check. You will be sending that money order to USA mailing address. Until money order/check get cashed you will not receive sheets. |
| You haven't mentioned address or phone number of a store. How do I trust you ? |
| To maintain privacy we prefer that way. First order cheaper song to see our professionalism and response time. |

| When I order what do I get , How do I get them ? |
| You get pdf files of music sheet, lyrics and melody (in CDE notation). Some songs do not have lyrics and melody pages. That is mentioned in products detail page. |
| We send products to the email you used to register with us. If you wish to receive products to a different email, please advice us. |
| We provided 2 free sheets for you to see samples of what you get. |
| What is your main business ? Why are there lyrics and melody Pages ? |
| Our primary business is to provide WESTERN STYLE SHEET MUSIC to amateur musicians. Sheet music is denoted in 3 bar line sheets. In piano, Left hand chord and right hand melody. These are for educational purposes only; not meant for professional musicians. |
| Lyrics and C,D,E melody pages are provided as "good will" service. For some songs lyrics and CDE notation pages are not provided even when product main page does not mention such. |
| Why do some songs say "NO lyrics" ? |
| Currently lyrics and melody sheets(C,D,Enotation) are not available for those songs. You will only get western style music sheets. At this time, we are not adding lyrics for those songs. |
| Why only few sheets are free ? |
| We spent a lot of money to get these sheets created. Free sheets are provided as samples. They allow you to understand what you get when you order products from sinhalasheets.com |
| Is that possible to obtain MIDI/mp3/wave files for those sheet music songs ? |
| Yes ! For additional 1$ per each song you can purchase midi files for the songs you already purchased. You cannot only buy the midi file. To qualify for getting midi file first you have to purchase original sheet. |
| These are the sounds you should get when you play music sheets you bought. They are not the background music generated by a band. You cannot use them as background music to sing a song. Mainly for educational purposes only. |
| Why some songs are cheap but some are expensive ? |
| Mostly price depends on the complexity of the song. Simple songs for kids are deliberately priced down. Our intention is to build music aware new generation. |
| Why shouldn't I share these sheets with my friends ? |
| We understand the it is very easy to share them among your friends. We do not enforce any legal action against you. |
| We provide these sheets at this price so that many people can benefit from it. Unless many people buy, we won't be able to cover costs and create new sheets. |
| So it is you moral obligation to help us maintain this site. |
| You have a particular song on "scale C". I would like to get it created in "scale E". Is that possible ? |
| Yes. After you bought original song for additional 1$ per song we can transpose to a different key. Please purchase virtual products of equivalent amount and mention your requirement in the comments. |
| Do you add more songs in the future ? |
| Yes we do. Depending on time/resources available it could be 1 per week or 1 per 3months. |
| What are the songs you are going to add next ? |
| We add new songs depending on their demand. Customer requests are lined up. If more than one customer request a particular song/singer, we add those songs first. |
| I need a particular song, I cannot wait until other customers request it. Is there a way to get a sheet ? |
| Send us your
request. It would cost 10-15$
and 2-4weeks time. |
| For some urgent reason, I need a particular song tomorrow ! Is there a chance I get it ? |
| Depending on the song and our availability we might be able help you. It is going to cost you at least 25$. Send us your request. |

that possible to purchase just in C D E format ? |
| Our main business is to provide western music sheets. But we have bigger collection(>1000) of songs in C,D,E(or Sa, Ri, Ga) format. |

| I like to create sheet music. Is that possible to join your company ? |
| Yes. We are always looking for freelance sheet music

If you have background music knowledge and software that is great ! But even if you are not familiar with music theory and software, we might be able to help you(under certain conditions). Let us know about yourself(do not send resume). |

| What if I found an error on a sheet and need fix immediately? |
| We provide sheets at this price as a service and for educational purposes only. We try to maintain accurate sheets. But we wont be able to correct mistakes immediately. No refunds. Use at your own risk. |
